Main Tasks:
➢ Administration and monitoring of our IT infrastructure
➢ Installation / configuration of existing IT systems

Qualifications:

The following qualifications are required:
  • Completed aircraft technical studies or comparable technical training (EASA Part-66 CAT B)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance
  • Appropriate management experience in a similar organization or function
  • Good MS Office skills and experience with maintenance software
  • Very good knowledge of aviation law (EU) No. 2018/1139, (EU) No. 1321/2014, (EU) No. 748/2012 and (EU) No. 965/2012

Your profile

  • Relevant knowledge, background and extensive (minimum 2. years) experience related to aircraft continuing airworthiness management (CAMO).
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant EU operational and maintenance regulations and related rules, requirements and procedures.
  • Technical university degree or qualification as an aircraft technician as defined inPart-66 Cat B with additional training.
  • Ideally type specific knowledge (AW139 and or H145)
  • Knowledge of safety investigation and root cause determination techniques
  • Experience in compliance and safety management and promoting a positive safety culture
  • Ability to manage, collect, compile and process data for further analysis

SQC

The SQC department is responsible for all Safety, Quality and Compliance matters in relation to the certificates
being held by Wiking, the AOC, CAMO, Part-145, ATO, ISO and Safety Culture Ladder. The department works closely with, and
support, all internal departments at various levels.

We are currently seeking a full-time Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our SQC department in Wilhelmshaven, Germany.

The Compliance Monitoring Manager will be responsible for the compliance monitoring program which includes
– but is not limited to – the annual audit program, finding follow-up, support on implementation of new regulations/standards
and liaise with LBA and/or customers. The area of responsibility are the approvals and certifications which Wiking is holding:
- AOC
- ATO
- Part-145
- CAMO
- ISO – 9001/15001/45001


Compliance Monitoring Manager - m/w/d

Requirements
➢ Extensive and proven regulatory knowledge in the relevant areas within the area of responsibility
➢ Around 5 years of experience in EASA approved aviation environment out of this, minimum 2 years of
    auditor experience in an EASA approved AOC, ATO, CAMO or Part 145.
➢ Previous Form-4 nomination
➢ Excellent German language skills, preferably native speaker (essential)
➢ Extensive auditing experience and an accredited EASA Aviation Auditor qualification
➢ Positive mindset with a great enthusiasm for the helicopter industry

  • High readiness for foreign assignments
  • Maintenance and testing activities airframe / engine

  • Support in troubleshooting

  • Qualifications:

    a) Education:
    • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic with corresponding completed further training as a CAT B1/ CAT B2 examiner

    b) Special knowledge
    • Valid EASA Part 66 B1.3 / B2 license with type ratings for Leonardo AW 139 / Airbus Helicopters H145
    • Work experience in a comparable position
    • Good PC and MS-Office skills
    • Good English language skills
